BOOKING CONDITIONS

A deposit * is required within 7 days in confirmation of all bookings
* 1-3 adults.............$100
* More than 4 nights.....20% of total tarrif
Payment in full is required 14 days prior to booked date
For all bookings made less than 14 days prior to take-up date, full payment is required within 24 hours
Cancellation Policy * Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to take-up date will be entitled to full refund
Cancellation notified less than 28 days and more than 14 days prior to take-up date will forfeit the full deposit
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to take-up date will forfeit all monies paid
