Once we have received your tentative booking, we will confirm availability and contact you either via email or telephone. If accommodation suited to your requirements is available, we will book your reservation and send out the relevant information and forms to you.

Please note that all prices are current at the time of publishing.

PEAK PERIODS

December / January school holidays -minimum 6 nights
Other school holiday periods -minimum 4 nights
Long weekends/ Easter -minimum 3 nights
Special Events -minimum 3 nights

Rest of year -minimum 2 nights

Overnight accommodation may be available -please enquire regarding availability (charged at peak rates).

**PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING**

• No Smoking in villas 

• Cots / high chairs – reserved at time of booking

• No pets allowed in complex 

• Boat parking limited –please advise size

• No check-Ins after 10.00pm

Booking conditions

• A deposit * Is required within 7 days in confirmation of all bookings.

• *1 – 3 nights………………. $100.00

• *More than 4 nights………. 20% of total tariff.

• Payment in full is required 14 days prior to booked date.

• For all bookings made less than 14 days prior to take-up date, full payment is required within 24 hours.

• Cancellation Policy * Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to take-up date will be entitled to full refund.

• Cancellation notified less than 28 days and more than 14 days prior to take-up date will forfeit the full deposit.

• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to take-up date will forfeit all monies paid.
